Dreamloft is a formulated blend of slick, hollow, mixed denier polyester fibers treated with DDM3 post-extrusion anti-microbial treatment. Each pillow is sewn with a multi-ply soft nylon thread treated to be anti-microbial and fire retardant. This reusable, wipe clean hospital pillow is an all nylon woven fiber (Hydrostat). The material has a 190 thread count that is soft, comfortable, anti-microbial and fluid proof. The cover is treated with Ultra Fresh anti-microbial finish and tests show 100% contact and surface inhibition on AATCC Test Method 147-1988 and 30-1988. Additionally, the cover has a high moisture vapor transmission fabric treatment making it fluid proof and cooler for patient use. The cover passes CAL TB 117E and CS 191-57 Small Flame Test. The pillow is filled with Refluff Cluster fiberfill that has been specifically designed as a refluffable, washable, non-allergenic filling material for sleep pillows. Cluster fiber meets CAL TB 117 fire resistance standards. The Refluff Cluster fiberfill pillow is warranted for 3 years against flatness.
